Reservation Notice

  • Check-in time：after 15:00. Breakfast time：06:30-10:00.
  • Check-out time：before 12:00. No additional notice will be given for any price changes.
  • Weekdays：Sunday to Friday. Holidays：Saturday, National holidays, consecutive holidays and the eve before.
  • Special holidays：Chinese New Year and New Years' Eve; please refer to the official notice for accurate information.
  • No pets allowed (except guide dogs)
  • Extra bed：Extra bed service available for certain rooms; NT$800 per extra bed (includes breakfast and necessities)
  • Extra guests：NT$600 per guest (includes breakfast and necessities)
  • ※ NT$400 per hour for early check-ins or delayed check-outs.
  • ※ Breakfast price: Free for age under 5; NT$280 for adults and children age 6 and above.
  • ※ According to the law, smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel; Violators will be fined as much as NT$10,000.

Cancel policy:

  • 1. In accordance to the Regulation of Standard Contracts issued by the Tourism Administration, Ministry of Transportation and communications:
  • ★Cancellation on the check-in date will result in a 100% fee of the total room price.
  • ★For cancelation in one day before the check-in date, the paid amount can be reserved for future consumption in one year.
  • 2. In occurrence of uncontrollable forces such as a natural disaster (e.g. traffic disruption caused by earthquakes or land warning for typhoon that suspends work and school in Taichung City), please contact the hotel before 10:00 am on the check-in date for preservation of the deposit (reusable within 3 months) or cancellation (full refund).
